About Our Wine:
We serve a quality glass of wine, that does its best for the planet. Our team went to personally visit each local vineyard to understand their process and build a deeper connection to the land that we’re living on. Each wine is selected through a thoughtful process to ensure a delicious and diverse selection representing the best that France’s wine-makers have to offer. All of our carefully selected wines are organic and often follow natural or biodynamic practices.
Winter:
In the cozy months we still offer our selection of wines for sale from our secret wine caves. Head down below the hotel and have a chat with Nicolas about the best wines he found in the region.
Summer:
Along with musical performances on our summer garden stage, the garden bar is a warm, open, inviting space to discover new wines, new friends and a magnificently different setting.
